Contest Cancellation by Users:
User-Initiated Contest Cancellation: Users have the option to cancel their participation in a contest before the contest entry deadline. If you choose to cancel your participation, the following rules will apply:
Cancellation before the contest entry deadline: You will receive a full refund of the entry fee in your Great11 account balance or original payment method, as per your choice.
Cancellation after the contest entry deadline: No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the contest entry deadline.
Cancellation Due to Incomplete Contest: If a contest does not fill the required number of participants before the contest entry deadline, it may be canceled automatically. In such cases, the entry fees will be refunded to the users' Great11 account balance, and they will be notified via email.
Contest Cancellation by Great11:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues that affect a contest's integrity, Great11 reserves the right to cancel a contest. If a contest is canceled by Great11, the following rules will apply:
Full Refund: Users will receive a full refund of the entry fee in their Great11 account balance or original payment method, as per their choice.
Refund Process:
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be provided in the cases mentioned in sections 1 and 2 of this policy.
Refund Request: To request a refund, users must submit a refund request within [number of days] from the date of contest cancellation or user-initiated contest cancellation.
